From the time that you drop your vehicle off to be repaired, until the time we place the keys back in your hands, there is an extensive logistical process that goes on to ensure that your vehicle is restored to pre-accident condition. Before your vehicle arrives, our shop will have the necessary parts ordered to begin repairs. Once your vehicle is placed into production, the repair process involves all necessary body repair, refinishing and other repairs like mechanical and suspension work, if needed. The repair process can sometimes reveal additional parts or service work necessary to repair your vehicle. Our team will make all the necessary arrangements with your insurance company to ensure this happens. Our goal is to return your vehicle in the same condition it was before your accident.
Paintless Dent Removal (PDR) is a method of body repair that uses specialty tools to remove dents and dings from your vehicle without affecting the factory finish. PDR is commonly used for hailstorm claims, but other small dents can be fixed as well. Want to know if the dent you have qualifies for PDR? Come by our shop and let us inspect your vehicle today!

Sorrells Body Shop guarantees all service work performed by our employees. Our guarantee covers the repair of any defects in parts or workmanship of the appraised and completed repairs, for as long as you own the vehicle. We agree to repair any workmanship defects or replace any parts (excluding parts and materials covered by the original manufacturer's warranty) that do not meet generally accepted vehicle repair industry quality standards. We certify that the structural restoration and the refinish of damaged areas of your vehicle were based upon manufacturer's recommended specifications. The obligation under this guarantee is limited to this repair or replacement to correct any deviation from these standards.
