You need an estimate! Estimates (or damage assessments/appraisals) are completed here at our facility at 1903 South Arkansas Avenue in Russellville. If an insurance company is paying for the damage, you will need to make contact with your agent or a representative from that company. Some insurance companies use estimates prepared by the repair facility, while others dispatch a field adjuster to complete a damage assessment. We will always return your vehicle in pristine condition to you. This includes a cleaned exterior and a vacuumed interior.

Do you have a warranty?

Sorrells Body Shop guarantees all service work performed by our employees. Our guarantee covers the repair of any defects in parts or workmanship of the appraised and completed repairs, for as long as you own the vehicle. We agree to repair any workmanship defects or replace any parts (excluding parts and materials covered by the original manufacturer's warranty) that do not meet generally accepted vehicle repair industry quality standards. We certify that the structural restoration and the refinish of damaged areas of your vehicle were based upon manufacturer's recommended specifications. The obligation under this guarantee is limited to this repair or replacement to correct any deviation from these standards.
